Performance Capability Statement

Monterey has assembled an exceptional team of professionals with the right mix of capabilities, competencies, and experience to deliver meaningful and value-added management and technical support. Our team of seasoned professionals meets HQ AMC A&AS mission requirements to support global air mobility. Our team’s ability to cover the ten functional categories which are reflected in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is well documented in our past performance of 15 years in direct service to Air Force and other Federal government customers.

To achieve AMC’s overall goals and objectives, the Monterey team’s proposed manning and technical approach are based on our extensive current knowledge and hands-on experience supporting the ten functional categories in multiple previous taskings for other government clients. Our team has a thorough understanding of A&AS activities and the full spectrum of military and commercial programs being managed at multiple installations. We have an extensive capability profile supporting SAF, HQ AFMC, Base Level Organizations, Environmental Protection Agency, large companies, and Navy-managed commands, jointly staffed by Army Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corp personnel.
